- The design includes a flexible waiting area and lobby for after-hours events, six adjustment rooms, three exam rooms, an X-ray room, a staff break room, and office space for nurses and doctors.
- Additional leased tenant spaces occupy the back portion of the building, maximizing functionality and revenue potential.
- The project was developed with sensitivity to the historic context and pursued Historic Tax Credits to support preservation efforts.
