Project highlights

• This multi-story daycare in Downtown Des Moines is located just south of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway on the southwest edge of downtown.
• The state-of-the-art facility features age-appropriate classrooms that enhance learning and fun.
• The ground level features rooms for infants and 1-year olds with access to a fenced in outdoor space with age-appropriate play structures to help teach mobility and encourage exploration.
• The second level has classrooms for two- to four-year olds with access to an 850 SF, two-story open indoor play area as well as access to the third level rooftop playground.
