  • Located on the NE Corner of Mills Civic Parkway and 60th Street in West Des Moines, Mills Crossing is a 20 acre development that was master planned and designed in collaboration with Hurd Realty.
  • The anchor retail space, consisting of over 70,000 SF, includes first to the market stores REI, The Container Store, and a boutique grocery store.
  • Simonson developed the architectural palette and vision for this development and collaborated with the tenants to customize their concepts to complement the master planned development.
