- This project involved the remodel and expansion of an existing imaging clinic located in an office park just off the highly traveled Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines, addressing the growing radiology needs of the community.
- The clinic offers a full range of imaging services, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, DEXA, and X-ray, within a total tenant space of 10,005 square-feet.
- The owner sought to move away from a stereotypically sterile clinic environment, instead creating an upscale, warm, and inviting space that helps patients feel more comfortable and less stressed before their scans
- Simonson + Associates Architects provided architecture and interior design services from concept through construction administration and assisted with signage and furniture selection
