- Simonson + Associates Architects has partnered on multiple projects at Hoyt Sherman Place, each time taking great care to honor and preserve the building’s historic character.
- As part of the Next 100 Years Capital Campaign, the team designed an addition that provides new rehearsal space, accessible dressing rooms, private meeting spaces, an administrative suite, and a VIP donor lounge connected to the theatre mezzanine.
- The campaign also introduced new public restrooms and a lobby to support outdoor lawn events.
- With staff relocated to the new addition, the second level of the historic mansion was thoughtfully restored to its original use as bedroom suites, and a new lift was added to provide accessible access to the upper level.
