Friedrichs Coffee

Project highlights

• Friedrichs 22nd street location in West Des Moines was due for a refresh. The bones were good, so the overall layout was able to remain the same.
• The acoustical ceiling was removed to expose the structure above, new edison bulb pendants were installed, the walls got a fresh coat of paint, a new coffee counter was constructed of tube steel and reclaimed bleacher wood, the tile flooring was removed and the existing concrete flooring was polished, furniture was replaced and a custom bench was constructed out of tube steel and reclaimed bleacher wood as well.
