  • Adaptive reuse of a vacant four-story office building into a 91-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Downtown Des Moines, adjacent to the Casey Center event venue
  • Project scope included site redesign, 50,000 SF renovation, and 15,000 SF addition
  • Designed in close collaboration with the Marriott design team to meet hotel brand standards and city zoning requirements
  • Features a business center, fitness facility, full-service bar, and an outdoor patio along Second Avenue
