Teddy Maroon’s is a neighborhood bar and grill located within The SoLL at 2301 Ingersoll. The name “Teddy Maroon’s” is a playful nod to Dowling and Roosevelt High Schools. The name personifies a long tradition of friendship and fun-loving rivalry that is engrained in the neighborhood. With plentiful natural lighting, cozy seating and custom neighborhood-inspired art, Teddy Maroon’s offers a comfortable environment for dining. The 88-seat dining room captures the feel of the neighborhood using a palette of navy, grey, maroon and white. Cozy, wide-slat booths upholstered in navy-camel-white pinstripe fabric sit in the center of the herringbone wallpapered dining room accented with large industrial pendants, whitewashed brick columns and x-shaped wine cubbies. Four tops are set with honey-ash wood and iron chairs upholstered with baseball glove leather. Bar seating is accompanied by high top tables along the windows and a high-top banquette. A 28-seat private dining room includes a fire place with large custom barn doors with frosted glass panels for privacy. A 50-seat patio on the east side of the building will open in the spring of 2019.
