- Lessing Flynn is an 8,200 SF marketing and advertising agency within the newly constructed Multi-Tenant building at 220 SW 6th street in the growing Market District.
- Simonson was the architect for the shell structure including a three-story attached parking garage.
- The open office layout provides many features to support their collaborative culture including a large and medium conference room, perimeter private offices with glass fronts allowing light into the space, break out rooms, and a large custom collaboration area.
- Along with the collaboration table Simonson had the pleasure of designing custom workstation furniture, a reception desk and wood slat structure above.
- Bright colors and welcoming textures were paired with the industrial characteristics of the shell building to create a unique and lively work environment.
