  • The CyTown master plan envisions a future entertainment district located between Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum on the Iowa State Campus
  • The plan proposes restaurant, entertainment, commercial, office and residential uses to energize a pedestrian focused development that will complement existing uses within the Iowa State Center and Iowa State athletics
  • Phase I construction is anticipated to begin during the 2023 season
