• The building was once an outdated office building occupied by Mercy and has now been converted into a 91 room Fairfield Inn.
• The project consisted of a 50,000 SF renovation and a 15,000 SF addition.
• Features include a business center, fitness facility, an outdoor patio along second avenue and a full service bar.
