St. John the Apostle

Norwalk, Iowa - Due to a thriving parish, the leadership of St. John the Apostle sought to build a new facility to respond to their current needs and accommodate their future growth. Simonson & Associates, the parish leadership and Breiholz Construction formed a design-build team to create a solution for St. John’s. The new facility includes a 540 seat sanctuary (with expansion capability to 960), a social hall seating 400 that doubles as classrooms, and a full commercial size kitchen. The project delivery system utilized allowed the leadership of St. Johns to develop a scope, fee and schedule that fit their parish needs.
