Windsor Heights, Iowa - Simonson & Associates
took architectural cues from the surrounding neighborhood
to design this
corporate office. The Mediterranean styling includes
tile, textured exterior surfaces and masonry. The
building and its’ streetscape are inclusive
of the area ‘town center’ that is the
home to nearby retailers, restaurants and an entertainment
venue.
