Johnston, Iowa - The new north side
clinic opened in 2004 to serve the growing suburban
population. The masonry building has 8,500 square
feet of clinic space and includes 12 exam rooms,
4 physician offices, a lab and X-ray facilities.
In addition to the primary use, the building also
contains 10,000 square feet of speculative office
space.
