Urbandale, Iowa - The craftsman style dental facility was created to meet the needs of an extensive collector and growing practice. The design features a masonry exterior, oversized windows that overlook a wooded creek area, and custom stained glass windows. The 6,400 square feet of space accommodates 11 exam rooms and includes 1,000 square feet of future tenant space. Special interior features allow for the display of national flags from countries in which the client has practiced, an oversize office to display a Civil War cannon and shelving areas in the front entry that feature political campaign memorabilia, letters and autographs from historical figures.
